Rainwater in Epsom
Epsom and Ewell Borough Council's surface water management plan describes how run-off from Epsom Downs and the area's steep ground make parts of the borough susceptible to surface water flooding. Gutters and downpipes sized and fixed properly are the first line of defence for your walls.
If your job needs scaffolding on a public pavement in Epsom, a licence from Surrey County Council is required (in Epsom Market Place it's the borough council). We'll talk through access when we look at the job.

Yes. If the fascias are sound, we can replace the gutters and downpipes on their own.
Why are my gutters overflowing when it rains?
Usually a blockage, a dropped section or gutters that are too small for the roof. We'll find out which.
