Privacy Policy

Who we are

Roofers of Surrey, 28 Tonstall Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 9DP. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. Contact: [email protected] or 07450 849742.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, the service you need and any project details you choose to give us. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

We keep a simple count of page visits that does not identify you. The security check on our form (Cloudflare Turnstile) helps us block spam and processes limited technical data to do so.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. It is stored securely with our website and hosting provider, Cloudflare, and is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep your details for as long as needed for guarantees, accounts and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
